Mr. Vivek Sharma (M/s Sai Nath Associates) was the C&F Agent for Godrej Consumer Products Ltd since 1st Aug, 2007. I, being the DGM (Comml. & Finance) of the Company, was directly supervising his services. During the period 01.08.2007 and 10.01.2010 (when I left Godrej), I found his work to my utmost satisfaction. He always worked in the interest of the Company and adhered to all the procedural controls. I found him quite prompt in implementing the suggestions of the Company. As a person, he had a pleasing personality and smiling face. I found his attitude quite positive towards various operational problems faced by him. I wish him all the best.

I have been associated with him from his entry into this business of CFA operations that he started with Godrej Foods in 1999 and thereafter his successful operation in continuing it through management has changed hands more than 3 – 4 times till I retired from Godrej Hershey ltd in 2012. Post that until March 2016 I have been with Godrej Hershey, Hershey India as a Consultant. Throughout this 17 long years my association with him, directly and indirectly, I say with pride that he was the only CFA who has continued without interruptions irrespective of change in Management. This was possible only because and that is my observations, comments and compliments i.e. he was totally involved and committed throughout. He is the best fit for companies like Godrej and Hershey where compliances and ethical values are on the top and not compromised at any cost. I have been with Godrej for 39 years plus and inherited these ethical cultures. I am sure these values helped him and also will help a lot in future.
