D2B (Distribution Centre to Business / Tertiary Distribution) Consignments are picked up from the Distribution Centre and delivered to Modern / General Trade Outlets / Dealers Institutional Customer Sites DC’s of Hypermarkets, Cash & Carry General Trade Distributors INTRA CITY as well as INTER CITY / UPCOUNTRY

D2C (Distribution Centre to Customer) Consignments are picked up from the Distribution Centre and delivered at Consumer Doorstep Low Volume Products would involve Multiple Drops (e.g. E-Commerce business for categories like Books & CDs, Electronics, Apparels etc.) Voluminous Products would involve Single Drop (e.g. Furniture, Consumer Durables etc.)

Intermediate Mile Solutions These are Milk Run (Multi-pick, Drop) solutions here Consignments are picked up from Multiple Locations and delivered to a Single Location. There can be situations where in addition to Multiple Picks, there would be some Intermediate Drops as well.(Intra city, interCity and InterState)
